Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 4-8 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-30 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

When you submit a return, please send your tracking number to the Customer Service to track the specific destination of the package. Please consult Customer Service before return or send it back according to the original logistics method. 

If you need to return an item or want to learn specific details, pls Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Note: 

We do not support unconditional refunds & returns. The buyer will bear the shipping fee and taxes incurred for unreasonable returns. 

Any gifts or accessories from the merchant must be returned together with the purchased products. Our U.S. warehouse does not accept returns. 

If the goods are not returned in accordance with the agreed Return Policy, we have reason to refuse and the costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.
